Delivery Methods
For the delivery of your orders, I use the “La Poste” transport service. Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of your order and your country of residence.
France: €15
Europe: €22
USA: €38

Each order comes with a tracking number. Shipments are made within an indicative period of 3 to 14 working days from full payment of the order, depending on the opening days of La Poste. Being the only one to manage the entire store, I thank you in advance for your understanding.
Packages are sent by registered Colissimo with signature upon receipt.
Important: We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. For any questions regarding a warranty, please contact me by email at dollymuseboutique@gmail.com or via Instagram (@dollymuseboutique). A guarantee of up to €500 can be applied to your product.

Eco-Responsible Commitment
For the packaging of your items, I have made a commitment to adopt an ecological approach. From now on, all packaging is made from recyclable paper.
In addition, for large shipments, we favor the use of reused cardboard and recycled cushioning materials, thus minimizing our environmental impact while ensuring the protection of your purchases.
